When you run track, your training shoes are everything. One slight imperfection and it could impede your training. If it’s  worn out, you run the risk of shin splints. If one side is tearing, a wipe-out coming off a turn. I prefer the Asics Gel Foundation 7. Built for the over-pronator, this shoe has given me cushioning unlike any sneaker I’ve ever owned.  It’s mesh material around most of the shoe provides foot “breathability” while the white, blue and yellow color combination  creates a sheek look. But above all, they keep my foot comfortable and I’m deeply debted to them.
